Parents' Views
The views of our parents are very important to us. We formally gather their views through Parent Council, Surveys and feedback at the end of each academic year.
We also value the daily contact with parents and any sugestions on how we can do things better.
Changes we have made following recent feedback:
- give parents a list of dates for the year at the beginning of September
- varied the days for Open Classrooms and moved the time to before school
- added clubs to our After School Club menu
- included a non meat day on our school menu
- serve tea and coffee before morning performances
- the KS1 formal report is sent to parents at Easter rather than the end of the year
- changed the start time for some workshops to allow parents to drop off at pre schools
- held a DB primary workshop for parents
- planned a Maths workshop for parents
